I want someone to sign a coin, and then their signature appears on a coin of another denomination. Is this possible without sleight of hand? Where is it marketed?

The nickel to half dollar by tango would have helped me do this, but then I learned that you cannot show the coin after the change because it is obvious that it is not a normal coin.

I have not seen anything that would do that! I will look around!

What kind of act? Spectators? Only way I can think of quickly is to take, say, a Walking Liberty exp. shell with a different coin nested in it, like a Barber half. You would have to hold the nested coins and have the spec sign the back of what they hopefully think is a WL half but is really the back of the Barber.
Spec would have to be unfamiliar with what the backs of either silver half looks like but that description actually describes most non-magicians. Biggest negative is that they can't handle the coin(s) when signing. Like I mentioned, it depends of who your intended spectators are. Just a quick, semi-random thought. Jim |

How about some sort of cling film like material that can be removed and stuck back down?
Hey I think I'm gonna try that. |

Some of the methods in "Bionic Coin" could work to transfer the signature or have them sign a coin other than what they think

Apply to coins of different denominations, the Letraset film principle that David Williamson developed for cards (they sign a coin, you peel off the signature for your collection and make them sign another coin for the trick) Then you have two signed coins of different denominations to play with and the spectators have mentally cancelled the first signature on one of them (it was peeled off). Now you need however to learn about time misdirection as well.
This is a practical and very efficient solution: just use a coin in circulation (arousing less interest) for the first signed coin (switch it for a non signed one as you give it back without the signature) Then have the spectator "replace" his nice signature on one of your precious silver Kennedy or Walking Liberty for the second coin. The signature can then fly from your silver coin to a third party's regular borrowed coin (just another easy switch).
