Anyone know where to purchase the silks for this routine? Been searching and coming up blank. For those not familiar with the routine the silks have two matching corners diagonally opposite each other with the centers another color. All the corners should match in the set but the centers can vary.

There are some rainbow dyed silks that will have two corners that match. Those have the colors going diagonally across the silk. Also, would a sunburst silk work as the perimeter has the same color all around the edges?

They should be available from Silk King Studio's.

This is the style of silk used in the routine: http://www.silkkingmagic.com/Symphony%20......nbow.htm

They use to sell a set of 6 silks for this effect, contact Ruth and see if she can provide a set for you.

Silk King Studios looks like the right site... I'll have to see if they have the silks with a less busy pattern.

Thanks!

That is the Keith Clark design that was used by Keith Clark in his act. You can also use just regular color silks. Rice King Studio's was the publisher of the book.

I have a set of the 24" size matched set of silks.

The arm bands can be purchased from any novelty or costume store, these are like the old barber shop or bar tender arm bands to hold up the sleeves of the shirt. The loader stick is nothing more then a paint stick stirer that is available free at most paint departments and stores. You may have to sand the stick smooth so there is no splitters sticking out. I also rouned the sides and edges of the stick.

The link for the booklet and Silk King Studios special 24" silks for Keith Clark's Silk Supreme follows. Skroll to the bottom of the page for the silks:

The silks are available with red or yellow centers.

That is great news Ruth, I thought they were all gone, as I got one of last sets with a white center back in the 1980's.
