Hi guys,
I just started a Magic Club in my school and planning to take the group to a couple conventions this year. Since we are all broke collage students(at least I am broke), I am trying to search for conventions that is in driving distance (5 hours drive max). But the only convention I know that is near Indiana is magi fest and motor city convention. I would really appreciate if you guys could give me some suggestion or just some place that I could look for the information. Thanks in advance for all inputs. Kelvin I don't know if here is right place to post this, if not please kindly help me move to the appropriate forum. |

This is the biggest bang for the buck ever! Send me a note at john_oleson@comcast.net for more info. The best suggestion I can offer .... find a girlfriend that likes magic or ... at least likes you |

There really isn't anything in Indiana that I know of. I think that there has been conventions in Evansville in the past and there used to be a magic shop in Nashville IN but they closed their physical shop and are only online now (http://www.funtymemagic.com/shop/). I'm really surprised that Indy doesn't have anything (at least I don't know of anything there).

Don't forget Michigan Magic Day April 29th and 30th in Coldwater Michigan
& MagiCelebration (FREE Registration) August 3,4,5,6. here in Colon, Michigan. We are opening a branch of FAB Magic in Indianapolis area so stay tuned for details. Years ago I started Indiana Magic Day (1974 & 1975) and then the IBM rings in Indiana chipped in and we had a Hoosier Magic Convention. We hope to bring that back within the next few years. It was loads of fun. http://www.colonmichiganmagic.com http://www.fabmagic.com Let us know how we can help |

Have you been to MagiFest in Columbus? I know you mentioned it, but didn't know if you'd been there. It's one of the largest in the country, and is top notch.
