Hi my name is Mitchell and I am a 12 year old close up magician. I am attempting to start making close-up shows and am glad to talk with other magicians around the world.
I was referred to this website by Bryan Gilles. He did a school show and I met him afterward. I showed him my knowledge and skill that I had from practicing the art for a couple of years. Anyway, I look forward to meeting many of you in the near future.

Mary I do in fact love card magic. I have recently started practicing XCM stuff, although the only XCM flourish I can do fluently is the Stun gun by Ambrose. I am also forced to diversify with other things rather than just cards to make my busking a more interesting show.

I think you are wise to break up the Card Magic and make it a little more varietal.

Some of my strongest Close-Up effects are not card effects.
