Is that your site? I sure hope that you have permission to link directly to those vids from all the site owners...

Speaking on behalf of ChrisW, he does have full permission to the links to these clips. He is also a law student so he'll have his back well and truly covered.
I know a few of the contributers are good friends of ChrisW. I find the site inspirational, imagine how many books and videos you would have had to research to see these? So many sleights and some new ones to boot, all on 1 site Lets thank ChrisW for what is fast becoming the definitive website for card sleights. Groovy |

All I can say is WOW, I don't own any videos of card sleights yet and I,ve been working on the pass from books only. Having seen some of the clips boy do I have a lot of work to do.
Very good sight well worth a look. Billy

groovy and ChrisW: The question was posed just to make sure, I never accused him so no hard feelings or anything like that...
I should have also mentioned in my first post that it was a great idea and was implemented equally well. Your site should save me a bunch of time when I am looking for a specific vid. |

No worries r4bid.
I can see why you queried the links, with names like Peter Duffie and Oscar Bascara on there. Groovy |

The site is great, you may also want to consider visiting http://www.rapidmagic.com as the sleights are actually taught there, with full descriptions and photos.

An interesting question has been raised in this thread, about giving links to other people's sites. And I'm a bit puzzled by it.
I'd always assumed that if someone else had some text, a picture, or a video clip on their site, and I copied that text or whatever to my site (if I had a site, which I don't), then that would "obviously" be a bad thing and an unethical thing. But if I merely provided a link to the other site, why would the ethics/legality of that be questioned? Surely most people want their sites to be publicised? I don't mean to sound contentious. (But I'm sure that I do sound contentious.) But I'd be interested to know what others think, and what the legal situation is, and what the generally perceived ethical situation is. Dave

Your site is great, thank you very much!
Yet, it is true that links like that may be an ethical problem, but as long as targeted web site owners agree to that... Olivier
