Hi everyone,
I am working on the flying credit card trick (since I was completely astonished by Shimshi's video) but I have the feeling that I'm not using the right thread and wax. Can anyone tell THE best one to use (elastic or non-elastic thread; the name of the product.../ Ammar's wax...???!!!!) I thank you all in advance since I am always impressed and happy to see that someone has the answer! Have a good day guys! |

Hi Augustin
Since no one has answered your post, I'll give it a shot. Don't use elastic thread - use the standard IT. Kevin James sells it on his site, kjmagic.com. Don't use Kevlar - it will twist up and break. Ammar makes an excellent wax, but it's probably a little soft for what you want to do. You want a wax similar to parrifin. If you order some thread from Kevin James, add a message and ask him if he can send you a small ball of wax. Jim |

I use poster putty. It works well, and stays sticky even if it picks up some dirt or dust.
I use standard, inexpensive thread. For what you are doing, you don't want elastic, or and of the fancy stuff. Here is a kit I found: http://www.mymagicsupply.com/servlet/the......t/Detail

I performed IT for many years now, and recently Steve Feason has come out with the absolute best IT and wax, bar none!
