How do you get a hold of Diamond Storm to buy this? I did not find a contact for them and it is never on the only site they are available on.

On Diamond Storm's site if you go to the DVD's page there is an option to be notified when the DVD is in-stock. I also Emailed Ed asking when it would be available but he never responded so who knows but if you find out please let me know.

I did the same about 3 months ago, and even e mailed Don Caldwell and he said the only way to get it is to go through Diamond Storm.

Did he give any indication when it would come out,hopefully in plenty of time to get it and learn some stuff before xmas!

No he didn't give any indication.unfotunatley all he said is contact Diamondstorm. I can not even figure out how to contact them. I did the same thing you did, click the green arrow "notify" when available. Web site says" new for November" but then says "sold out".

You have to go the bundled offers. This DVD was never meant to be sold by itself. It was supposed to be a special release and it still is.
You will have to purchase the dvd for $20 plus a $50 gift certificate for a future purchase. |

I use Nero Recode, it pulls out all the chapters, hidden or otherwise, and allows you to access them no problem.

http://www.nero.com/enu/ it is a part of the Nero Suite. There is a trial demo you can download from their site.
