I lost my end of my mesika elastics how do I get it back?

With great difficulty. Seriously though, Mesika's elastic thread is spun tightly on the spool so when you loose the end it can sometimes snap under the other thread on the spool, making it very difficult to find the end of the stip. I stopped buying Mesika IET for a few reasons, but this was one of them. I never had the problem with finding the end with Infinity because it was properly spooled.
With Mesika, you may get lucky and find the end, you'll have to look carefully around the spool for it. Try to look for a loose thread somewhere. Carefully pull it using tweezers just enough to see if it's the end. If not, you can keep looking, or you can restart a new end. I did just that, but eventually the thread gets stuck because it was not the original end. I eventually threw it away. I wonder if there is any good and easy way to recover the end from Mesika's spool.
