I am looking around to buy a new batch of balloons. I had a couple bags of traditional 260q assortment mixed with betalatex single colors. I don't like that they are see through. I had been buying betalatex, but don't want to spend so much right now buying individual colors.

Are the following see through assortments?

Carnival Assortment
Character Assortments
Vibrant Assortment

Thanks in advance!

"See Thru" is normally called JEWELTONE.

Agreed, it is normally jeweltone but you can also get jewletone solids. I get mine in bulk from these guys...they have great prices!(260Q standard solids; Dark Blue, Green, Orange, Pale Blue, Pink, Red, White, Yellow, $4.60 per bag/100.)
Just ask for solids and you won't have to worry about the "See Thru" balloons.

Carnival Assortment - no jeweltones
Character Assortments - one jeweltone (onyx black)
Vibrant Assortment - no jeweltones
Entertainer Assortment - two jeweltones (jewel magenta & diamond clear)
Traditional Assortment - all jeweltones except for pink & pale blue
Neon Assortment - while technically not jeweltones, some of them became pretty see-through several years ago when I stopped buying them, don't know about current quality.

Matthew -
If you can handle the upfront costs, it is better in the long run to order individual colors and then to replace what you use. The assortments don't guarantee an equal amount of each color, so you generally run out of a few colors forcing you to buy another assorted bag. And there's no reason to order every color, just choose the 5-10 you want to have.
