No list has appeared as of yet, it's all speculation at this point.
Ammar is lecturing next month in San Francisco, so I'll ask myself when I see him. I won't let him be vague in his responses either.

Per postings I seen from people who saw Ammar in San Fran CA, last month, the videos have been filmed and should be released in spring of 2004 (around May I think)

It's all true, I was at the lecture and asked Ammar myself about the DVD's. They will be released late spring or early summer. He seemed happy with the material.
