Does anyone know the proper way to request a replacement issue of TLR? I received Novemeber, but never received October. I tried sending a request a few days ago via the IBM website, but so far no response.
Any ideas? Thanks! Evan |

Call Sindi at headquarters. She helped me get a missing copy once. I have to ask why you have waited so long, I just got my December issue yesterday. It may be hard for her to locate one due to your waiting so long.
