I got it 41 pages of crap you can find on the internet.
The "instructional drawings" suck.... Talks about putting together quads while showing 3 balloons.... huh?

Sounds like a product I will pass on.
Do you guys have any recommendations on good resources for balloon decor? From what I read on Balloon HQs I was able to gain enough insight on how to build a simple arch for my 1 year old's birthday party, but I was interested in something a little more informative. |
