Has anyone played the Scarne games (Teeko, etc.) that John mentions in his autobiography "Against All Odds"?

I was reading "Scarne on Dice" this week, and I was wondering myself whatever happened to the 200+ games Scarne was said to have invented, including:
Scarne Baccarat ("the first really new casino banking game in the past century"), Skarney ("the most bizarre, exciting and charmingly exasperating card game in history"), Teeko, Scarney, Scarney Dice, etc., etc. Are any of these played in any serious way today?
