Well, if I ever get my wallet modification instructions out, you could make your own
Otherwise, you could ask Anthony Miller if hes "Modifier" will work: http://rfaproductions.com/products/modifier.htm

JOL hip CTW has a button flap. It's not a zipper but can hold coins. Also look into the Real Man's Wallet. It might have a compartment but I don't think its zippered

If you have a CTW that doesn't have the option for a closed case/zipper, you can place a small envelope like a coin envelope to be used as the pouch in the wallet

The "Wizard's Wallet" that Steve Dusheck and I collaborated on in The Wizards' Journal #20 (on my site) can be used for a complete routine that includes Steve's "Dollar Punch" trick, his Pad-I-Add Trix effect, and ends with an Ambitious Card routine in which a signed card keeps coming back to the top of the deck, then vanishes and is found folded up in a pocket inside the Wizard's Wallet that was in plain sight even before you had a card chosen and signed. You make the Wallet yourself from an inexpensive wallet (I give on-line sources, but I actually found the one I use in a Dollar Store). You might want to check it out. It will either solve your problem, or give you a better version of card to wallet than the one you are contemplating using.
