The supposedly instant download wasn't instant. Anyone else have trouble? I used google checkout which has screwed up one order alread. Is this a common issue or do the electron deities just not like me?

I even got a personal mail where Lee asked me if the download had worked and what I thought about the product. Great customer service! So if it doesn't work, better drop him a mail. |

I've bought lots of stuff and have never had a problem, and I also receive emails wondering if the thing worked.

I had emailed Lee before I posted this thread, and received the emails that you all did by the following morning. It's a google issue.
