So it is really more of a card brand question, but relates to tnr effects. I do Daniel Garcia's Torn on occasion, and the cards I use are always seeming to not line up in back pattern (I've had questions in which I've worked around successfully). I use bikes primarily, but have noticed the they have been miss cut as of late (the back pattern will be more towards the top/bottom or one side slightly. For the most part it isn't a huge problem, in fact I've managed a one-way with a couple decks. But when I've been practicing Torn recently, I know it's noticeable. Are there any brands that aren't haveing this problem?
For the most part, the deck would be used primarily for this effect (I've also noted that the cards seem more "britle", and tend to shred when folded, which makes it even more difficult to perform without suspicion). I'm hopeing to not spend to much on whatever brand (for odvious reasons, and I'm in now way a performing professional that usually just does one or two effects for people here and there. Thanks much for any input. |

I have not, I have a few random decks I picked up at places I might try out. I'm busting into the "dupp" packs (cards that are mixed leftovers of decks that I made gaffs with or destroyed), they were leftover from a brick I bought at Costco a couple years back, went and got a fresh deck from safeway and noticed it was still a problem.

Okay I took out my open box of mandolins and too ka look. they SEEM very well registered on the printing. I did a rifle and watched the edges and they didn't seem to crawl.
I think you might want to get a pack and see if they work out better for you.

Will do, thanks for the input! Though I must say I'm looseing faith in USPC for the simple fact that I took out some Streamlines I had laying around, and they were also mis-cut.
