Hi all,

For the last few weeks, I have been working on both an exciting and intriguing project - a Digital Magic Magazine.
I call it: 'The Double Magazine', its slogan being: 'You WILL Turnover' (Double Turnover, getit' )
I am currently using a cool software which allows the magazine to be flipped like a real book, and has a zoom in and zoom out feature.
The First issue will be completely free, with the rest, MAYBE being payed for (the most it will be charged for will be £1.00).

I know this should be way down the list of comments, but I greatly appreciated that the writing makes sense, and that the text isn't typo-ridden and gramatically nonsensical. Not that I expected it would be, but there are many things put out these days where you have to try to translate what the writer meant. So well done for that.

I enjoyed reading it, just the right length to last a cup of coffee. A nice idea, and well done.

Good job Kyle. Is there any chance of releasing a pdf version for off-line viewing?

A credible first effort. If you stick with it you will only make it better in content, ease of use and fame in the community.

I am still uncertain on whether I am doing the rest as PDFs, or using this software.
I am thinking PDFs, as they will be free. The only problem is, it was easier to design the layout on the software I used (It had templates and more), but I'll give it my all!

Am slightly bias, have followed Kyle progress for quite a while, he in turn has suported my efforts. I was really pleased when he asked for some material from my books to be included, the out-standing effort and passion that Kyle has for this art is light years beyond what most had at his age. I predict that his name will be one of the driving forces that will carry magic long into the future!.

Great job, Kyle! I like the look of the interface. Personally, I think it's more fun than a pdf. Good questions during the Cameron Francis interview, nice tricks (even though I have no idea what a Yorkie bar is), and that's probably the most in-depth review I've seen of Above the Fold. Keep at it!

Good stuff. There were quite a few formatting errors which I found in some cases meant I had to zoom in then out; but on the whole it looked really good and for free or a small charge, you really cannot complain about the content. I agree that the format is more fun than the PDF but less practical in my opinion. I tend to read ebooks or electronic content on my phone or Ipad. I don't think this format works to well for those platforms.....certainly not for apple proucts so I think I would be more likely to subscribe if I could get it as a PDF or could print it out easily.

I am going to look into maybe doing both a PDF Version and the software version (The layout may look different though, even though they both will be the same issue and have the same content).
