Wondering how one goes about loosing the fit of the gimmick on the Scotch and Soda. Mine is very tight. Almost to tight, as you have to really press to get the action achieved.
Suggestions? Anyway to make a locking scotch and soda in to a non-locking? Thanks! RevJohn |

Three options:
Press gently on the back of the Half and retry the fit. Play scientist. Press the half over a solid ball. don't go crazy. With a nail-file, go around the centavos paying attention to the angle the original cut is made. It's not at 90 degrees.

Jay has some good ideas, I found that a little gentle rolling out of the half from the inside edge with a round or oval, but soft object. I think someone recommended the edge of the base of a bic lighter. You kind of roll it around a bit gently to expand it slightly, not too much pressure. Go slow don't try to do it all at once.
