Chinese, Japanese...
Universal was US, so can't be them. Hammer isn't US. Hammer Frankenstein? Hammer Dracula? Hm, can't be Godzilla, I don't think there were any basements in that. Lots of Italian classics. Fulci, Argento...

It is a Hammer film.
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

Not one that I mentioned?
How many guesses can we take at once? Brides of Dracula? Curse of Frankenstein? The Mummy's Shroud? Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires? Horror of Dracula? Dracula 1972 AD? The Mummy's Schroud? That's all I can think of right now...

It is on the list.
Frankly, I thought this would be easier to guess, but I've seen this film so many times. It is "Horror of Dracula". Gerda has this line, and it ends up explaining how Mr. Count got to Mina while they were watching the house from the outside.

I should be more familiar with Hammer. The films were important in the evolution of splatter.

Rocky's trainer Mickey. Rocky 2 or 3.
"That'll be the day" the story goes that this line inspired the Buddy holly song.

It was Rocky II. The 'chicken chasing' scene. Mick was awesome. "That'll be the day" was John Wayne in the Searchers. Great movie.

I'll go ahead and get one in, for fun, as an aside - so it doesn't count for anything:
"Milk!?!? How vomitable!!!"
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

I love The Duke, bud.
Had to think hard about my next entry. These two are from the same movie, there's a lot of good ones in this movie: "This sticker is dangerous and inconvenient, but I do love Fig Newtons." "Well, the teacher asked me what was the capitol of North Carolina. I said Washington D.C. and she said 'No, you're wrong.' I said 'You got a lumpy butt!' She got mad at me and yelled at me, and I ****ed in my pants. And I never did change my pee pants all day, I'm still sittin' in my dirty pee pants."
