Hi there!
Im looking for a someone who could build a sideshow which I have found in a Gamage's of London catalogue which I have from 1894. The illusion is 'Blue Birds victim' Can anyone point me in the right direction? any builders that specialize in this area? Kind Regards Ash |

If I remember correctly, those plans are a bit flawed. There was a builder who corrected those plans and built this illusion right. I'll look and see if I can find this information.

I found some really interesting things when I searched for "blue bird's victim" though. Mostly anime/gaming related.

By the way, I have plans to someday do this illusion along with a head-drop style guillotine. It's a nice combination and had been used in an old carnival show called "Death by Guillotine" It is feature in A. W. Stencell's Grind Show book.

Brill's plans were certainly charming and filled with inspiration but were, for the most part, not buildable without a boat load of re-engineering.
