Heh. Yeah, I challenge him to go look at ANY of the greats performing an illusion he hasn't himself bought or read and "figure it out."
Slydini fries me every time I see a clip, as do most of the others.
It is always darkest just before you are eaten by a grue.

Well not of course every trick or illusion and I didn't mean those great illusions of the masters, but average tricks you see someone perform live or in the net. The more you know about the fundaments and the sleights behind magic, easier it gets to figure out tricks, wouldn't you agree?

Stop focusing on the mechanics of the effect...focus on the ENTERTAINMENT value of YOU performing it. Of course you are going to 'figure out' on effect... you HAVE some of the basics and techniques already... your audience DOESN'T ! Relax!!!!
