Hey guys,
has anyone see the routine of jason latimer the winner of FISM 2003 i heard something about his cups and balls routine with glasses where you could see the balls?? what was the routine about ???? is it already online on a video???? Niels |

Jason's version bears no reassemblance with Penn and Teller's except for the clear glasses.
P & T's version is based on incredible fast and confusing movement and more a "debunker-style" parody on the real work (yet very entertaining). Jason's award winning number is visual eye-candy at it's best, almost done in slo-mo. I've never seen anything like this before. Imagine seeing a ball under a glas cup and suddenly another bal just pops into existence next to it...

Latimer's routine is totally unique and that is why he not only won close-up Grand Prix at FISM but the first prize for original trick.
Not sure of release date, but he has granted exclusive sales rights to Stevens Magic.

Short correction, Jason Latimer won a prize in the invention category.
Pat Perry & Archibald with their poker act won the prize for most original act. |
