There have been a few sizes made, over the years. Most are of the smaller size today. Do you want one that "fits over your thumb" large, twice the size of the standard/ what's large?

I've only seen smaller ones like Vikings.

The old Brema Spirit Nuts, the ones actually made by Brema, are 3/4 inch square outside. They're threaded to take a 3/8 inch bolt, which makes the hole right between 5/16 inch and 3/8 inch in diameter. That will accommodate 1/4 inch or 5/16 inch magician's rope. I don't know of any Spirit Nuts currently made in that size, but the old ones do come up occasionally on eBay and the specialty magicians' auction sites.
