I like the cups in the picture, they looked as if they have certain mythical power.

I mean the cups in the first picture.

Thank you. There is a room around them. I've used a HDRI map to light them and provide reflections.
I like the images and hope the agency gives me more projects to work on, but honestly I rather take a quiet moment and my Sherwood cups and work with them!

Nice, I just bought a smooth brass and an engraved copper from other collectors. Just started playing with the brass cups. love the feel of it.

I thought those cups looked awfully familiar.

Love them too! He has great balls as well.
And one day I will have his engraved gold cups...

Having worked half my life with art directors, most of them really know what's right... the final is perfect.

You're so right on that, Pete. They are ad's for a reason. They're not all fun to work with but they do know their thing.

In my day I'd set it up and make a photo.

I'm with you there Pete. I've seen so many things done 3D that would've been easier, faster and cheaper to do real. Of course this would have been at least faster to do for real, but I was hired for 3D.
I've talked about it with many ad's and most have said its the controllability they get with computers and the fact that they have one person working on a computer rather than photographer and assorted crew plus a studio. It is a money issue. I am obviously grateful for the money but the chance to showcase magic was really the thing for me.
