So what is the deal with looks like Joe Porper Linking Finger rings? - I shows the manual and looks like his photos - but from Hong Kong - What's the deal? If this is a complete fake - why does Ebay allow it?

Looks fake to me.

Since it says "Made in China but Really high quality,i think that this is very well for you but if you can't accept,plz don't bit." I think it's clear it isn't Joe Porper's. Ebay won't do anything unless someone brings a complaint and the offender will usually just change the ad a little and put it back up.

YIKES! -- I DIDN'T SEE "MADE IN CHINA" BEFORE.

Just off the phone with Joe Porper. THESE ARE DEFINITELY RIP-OFFS!

Joe said this explains a number of phone calls he has gotten COMPLAINING about the quality. None of our "real ones" have this same complaint.

Even a couple of US dealers have gotten hold of the Chinese copies. We know this now, because none of "those" dealers have gotten them from Joe.

FYI... the rip-off folks are also ripping off Lu Chen.

They show him doing the routine on their ads.

Lu Chen is using our original rings. Matter of fact he bought two sets, one gold and one in silver.

I hope you will pass on to Joe that all he has to do is complain to Ebay - the are VERY responsive!

This the primary reason why I hate E-Bay.

I had only good dealings with E-Bay... I have bid on something by mistake, and have sent a message to the seller - no problem. I honest seller doesn't want to sell you something you don't want. This is clearly NOT an honest seller. E-Bay doesn't just put your account on hold, unless the seller complains.

Well there's a bit of irony. Ebay is an American concept and they have locked your account because of a complaint by a Chinese business complaining because you cancelled an order of Chinese pirated merchandise of American goods. Gotta luv that!

As of today I saw three of these sets for sale on Ebay.
Guess they don't care if it's a rip or not?

I've also bought many many items on Ebay, and only once did I get a bogus item, an L&L Colombini DVD from a guy in NJ.

One of those Ghostly Rings clearly shows Joe Porper's instructions in the photo. It's the one selling for $499.

You might want go on Ebay's Community site and post what happen. Social media is a good place now to be herd and create a buzz. You might get a quicker response from Ebay when you make the issue more public.
