Was browsing Ebay and found this guy.
http://shop.ebay.co.uk/a.melillo90/m.html What he is doing is selling copyrighted material for his own financial gain and after you buy, what you get is a youtube link sent via email which directs you to the youtube upload of the DVD!!! Is this allowed! |

You answered your own question. No. Have you reported him/her? I would as well as Youtube. Kill it at both ends.
