Asking again, How do they stack?

Thanks much for the pics.

They look great. Nice photos too. What is the weight of the cups? What size load do they take?

Thanks
Sean

The stack on these is good. A bit loose when compared with higher quality cups, although certainly not enough to impair function.

They will accept a tennis ball final load.

The weight on my set is just over 3 ounces per cup. Which is a bit lighter than you would expect for a cup of this size. They are much heavier than similarly sized aluminum cups... not as weighty as most spun copper or brass cups.

How robust are they? Metal isn't too thin, is it?

They are quite robust Sean and not thin as such. They are reasonably heavy, as Doug said, heavier than Alloy cups of their size but possibly a bit lighter than you would expect. I think the main issue with these is the flat saddle. I mean as in totally flat.

Sean, I was expecting cheap thin cups but was pleasantly surprised by them. they are of decent thickness and well made in my opinion. Bri, I could swear my saddle is "slightly" curved. I'll have to check when I get home.

Maybe you got a better set than I did todd! Mine is perfectly flat.

The saddles on mine are absolutely flat as well.

Like Todd, I was pleasently surprised by this set overall. Not sure I would have been happy had I paid the full retail price that some are charging. The included wand is absolute rubbish IMO.

....in that case what size balls do they take so that they won't float when stacked?

Even with the flat saddle these cups will accommodate 1 1/8" balls with no floating or sticking.
