I want to do a variation of pulling a rabbit out of a hat, the old magicians classic but with a major 180 degree twist...I want to pull a hat out of a rabbit (of course stuffed, non live) any ideas on where I can find the necessary gaffs? Any Ideas?

I'm afraid this has been done a few times Smile

I often thought about coming on dressed as a rabbit and pulling a magician out of a hat.Unfortunately this has kind of been done too as it's the logo of hat-trick productions (who make some fantastic comedy programmes) http://www.hattrick.co.uk/

I once pulled a habit out of a rat (plastic rat hollowed out to produce a small nun's outfit).... great for a dyslexic magician act?

I had been doing this for a while, and then saw, Harry Anderson or was in someone else do the change around.

That was back in the 70's...or was it the 80's.
At first I was discouraged, then thought thinking along the lines of a professional ain't so bad.

Was one of the above named acts, also dressed as a giant rabbit.

Friar Tuck, mentioned by a recent author in the TLR, had a change of habit.

Back in the days of my doing improv, puns(good and bad) were source of sometimes great laughter...and sometimes gave rise to a good "topper".
