I am looking for an inexpensive wireless system that I can use my current headset with, so basically a transmitter (threaded jack) and a receiver.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Headsets tend to be specific to the manufacturer of the system. Even then, the headset plugs may change, as was the case with Gemini.

What brand is your headset or which brand wireless unit did you use it with previously?

Get an Anchor or Sound Projector system.

You can use the Battery of Plug them in.

Get a DPA or Courtryman headset with the ends that
are interchangeable. (so you can use it with either
system)

Yeah I know they cost a lot, but it's a investment
in your show.

Easy set up. Easy break down.

Just my two cents.

I had the chance to get an older Anchor system with a stand, headset mic, and battery for $75, stupidly, I didn't buy it. *facepalm*

I just got in a Gemini Wireless Lavelier/Headset combo to use with my Passport 250. Quality is good for the price of only $40. I use my sound system less than 8 times a year.
