I think there's something not quite right with your false count. It should look like your left hand peels off the cards from the right hand. But when it comes to the switch, it's very obvious that you push off a packet with your right hand. While the push off is neccessary method-wise, it should occur at the last possible moment, so that it still appears as if the left hand peels off a card, to make the whole procedure look consistent. Also, you don't need to push 'em off for an inch. The width of the white border or may be a tad more should suffice. That may be only details, but in my opinion important ones.

Further to Ulli's pertinent advice, I would add that your routine would gain if, after the counts, you could perfectly synchronize the pushing in of the face up card with the pulling out backwards of the bottom packet.
Another detail is the contrast between the second color of the backs and the third one: I would suggest you to try and find more contrasting colors. Now out suggestions are not in any way disparaging your effort but aim at helping you to improve on your routine
