I have been using one of these for years. Wallmart, the dollarstores all have them. You can also find Tyvex fabric trash cans like this that are realy tough.

Put velcro on the can and velcro a "flash" cloth around it to spruce it up.

Isn't it nice when they make things for the real people that we can use?

I use one of the smaller ones, by attaching velcro to one side. I then stick it to my Lefler Table. This serves as both a small prop holder, and a mini ditch bag.

If you use Velcro, be sure that the adhesive is heavy duty or else you could end up with a mishap like I did, when the adhesive let loose. The most popular strength of Velcro won't hold a couple ounces, because the adhesive is so weak. Stitching the Velcro is recommended, in most cases.

Yes, Richard, it is! Especially since, if it were made specifically for magicians, it would be ten times the price!

Excellent advice, Alan! It stinks when your ditch bag ditches itself!

My 7 year old autistic son found something similar at Toys R Us but it looks like a monkey. Looks good and he now puts his dirty clothes in it instead of on the floor and it makes him smile.
Life is too important to take seriously.
