I am attempting to identify the make of an old silk gun.
Here is a link to a photo of the gun and a drawing of the logo that is located on the barrel of the gun. http://www.isaacfawlkes.com/silkgun.html Does anyone recognize it or have any ideas. Someone that looked at it thought maybe National Magic Company. Thanks for the help. |

Doubt it, looks like "home assembled" prop. The funnel should be gaffed with a sliding inner holder, right? Undoubtly is vintage but commercially made I don't think so....

There is a sliding inner holder. It could be "home assembled". If so it is very cleanly made. Funnel show no visable signs of a joint. Thanks for the information.

This is definitely not from National Magic Company. I agree that it is vintage, but probably homemade and not from a known or established manufacturer.

I bought one of these today at Kutztown Magic Convention. Unless you got rid of yours, we know there are at least two of them. Not homemade, if you ask me.
