You migth need to sit down with a dice and a rood of plastic the smae thinkness as the dots. Drill out the dots and then fill with the rod. Or ses what colour of squer acricylike you can get and cut your own. It could be a bit tricky findg a comerical martrial amtching the dice so do a bit of research first.

There's tons of places to get them. I bought my dice from a supply house in Vegas. They had all sizes and colors. Pretty cheap too. Just google casino supplies. Good luck
