I know that are are previous threads on this subject, but I was wondering if there is a difference between doing the routine standing up as opposed to sitting down. I want to perform it, using coins, while standing, and I want to do it bare handed. (No cards.) What would you suggest?

If you're performing standing, you won't be able to ditch the one ahead so easily so I would consider doing it with a ]. Michael Vincent has a great version which I think he does standing.

Jake,

By standing up, do you mean at a high table or at the bar?

I have a handleing called " cardless" In my Las Vegas notes. That's made for standing up! And the hands are clean after each jump! Smile

By standing, I'm referring to standing behind a close up table. What got me interested in chink-A-Chink in the first place, was watching Kozmo do it before a lecture in NJ.

Are you sure that you want to know about Chinka a chink because Kozmo usually opens up with a coin translocation, which uses a slightly different method and uses an X[. If it is chinka a chink that you want, then the use of an X[ fits in with Kozmo's coin translocation.

Beats the heck out of me. It wasn't part of his lecture, he was just playing with it. Blew me away though.

Just use a servant and your all set. Dean Dill sells one that is perfect for this kind of stuff.
