Ashes by Dee Christopher review.
Price: £10 Available from: http://www.mindlapse.net/ashes Rating: 10/10 Dee Christopher is one of those people has constantly come out with new and refreshing ideas in magic and Ashes certainly adds to that list. Dee is a real natural when it comes to creating effects which connect with a spectator and have so much impact. I love Ashes, the idea of it is so brilliant. The effect itself has been explored before but this method is completely bulletproof and well thought out. Every little detail has been considered to a point where I would be confident performing this trick in any situation. If you want a strong, simple bit of magic or mentalism this should be for you. As well as this, Dee goes through a set of alternate presentations so suit a lot of different performing styles but this idea could be applied to so many different presentation styles. The ebook is well written and well produced with clear images which make learning easy. The text is clear as well and it is very easy to understand. The effect is gimmicked but it is small and very inexpensive and something you can carry around with you constantly. I completely recommend this to anyone who asked about it. Overall, the idea is very very clever, the ebook is very well produced and detailed and it is all for a very reasonable price for what you get. In fact, I would happily pay more than this for this idea. Definitely another 10/10 idea from Dee Christopher Ben Prime |

Is this an idea that Eugene Burger has lectured on?

Anyone have an answer for Frank?
Just to be clear on this effect - the card or photo ignites & burns while you hold it - is this correct? |
