I don't know. A friend said that Jim came out with a new illusion and Alex Ramon is the first to perform it. I was wondering if anyone has seen it.

The illusion is an anthropomorphic frame which holds a woman with her head exposed. A tube is placed through the center which fills the upper torso. The ends of the tube are removed and you see right through. Rods are also placed through the frame. It is a beautiful illusion which uses a frame that is more human in shape than any I have ever seen. Alex performed it at the Magic Castle, the illusion got a great reaction.

Also sounds like a newer version of "Perforation" from "Device and Illusion" (which we are building for a client now.)

I have seen Alex perform this illusion in two different venues and both times it got a terrific reaction. The first time was at the California Magic Club in Marinez and I believe it was the first time Alex had performed Heartless. The second was when Alex and Jim were at the Castle recently.
A picture of the illusion is on Steinmyer's website refrenced above in Cane & Able's post.

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant. Visualize Whirled Peas! |
