I believe my Okito and Boston boxes are from Johnson, they are 20 or more years old. I measured them because I want to find exact matches to add:
Mag Box Slot Box Sucker Box Plug Does Johnson make all of these to match? My boxes are 1.3" diameter and .45" tall. The wall thickness is .035". I like the sharp, angular look and ability to palm. I have no problem with any of the moves so there is no need for a Budha shape, though they seem nice. Also, is there a BO box that matches closely? I like to collect also, so even though I can use a mag box for a boston, okito and slot, I want them all. |

Jim Zee makes nice boxes - You can get matching Okito, Boston and slot boxes as well as plugs.
David Roth also has a set which I think includes Okito, Boston and slot boxes. ~ Pete. |

I am sure if you are persistent you can find matches. You could even ask some of the custom people for matching boxes, you may find that the price for that is much more reasonable than you think.

Contact Johnsons and tell them what you have and are looking for. They're good people, if they can help they will.

Go to http://www.roykueppers.com and look under the coin box tab. Tell him you are looking to match the ones you have, and give him all of your dimensions. He does great custom work. I now only use his boxes, and I love his aluminum line.
Keep an eye out because Roy and I are writing a book together for routines using all other types of coin boxes, with a few for standard Okito and Boston boxes thrown in for good measure. |
