A while ago I saw a rave review of this product:

It's a flat utility device that ignites flash cotton. You can load it onto a deck/phone/etc at any time in your performance and set it off.

This looks right up my alley, I really want one... the only problem is the shipping is $16.50! I can't find this thing for sale anywhere in the states, the link above is the only place I've seen it and it took some digging to find.

So my question is this: Is there anywhere to get this in the states? If not, is there another similar utility device that could serve the same purpose? I plan on using it namely as an opener for table hopping, but I'll be looking into other applications of course.
