I'm a poetry publisher and I'm going to print a new batch of one of my author's book by lulu.com. To save on shipping costs, I would like to order one or more books on mentalism at the same time. Which books do you recommend? This is the list to choose from: lulu.com I'm only interested in paper books (buying an e-book wouldn't save shipping costs).

John Riggs' Mastermind, Vol. 1. If you want to delve further into psychological subtleties, the two Naked Mentalism books. I also hear good things about Protoplasm.

There's reviews of most of my stuff on Jheff's marketplace of the mind if you were interested (i also vote for jon's naked mentalism) and a review of AEIOU on here in the books section...
and jekyll and hyde is a flashback edition...with a proper ISBN, and the usual fully examinable-ability (made up word)... cheers ant...very kind of you sir...

That book test is interesting, but I don't live in an English speaking part of the world. Maybe you can turn Max Havelaar into a book test edition? Or De Avonden?

It depends on what you're looking for. The naked mentalism books are really worth getting and Freddie Valentine's tarot readers black book is great if your interesting in performing readings.

Though it's entirely free -- and an ebook -- one title on this list stands out, Craig Browning's "An Introduction to Mentalism." 47 pages of sound, solid advice for the beginner. I've read it twice now, and it's already got me thinking, re-thinking, conceiving, and re-conceiving.

Neil,
and a very, very good read... unbelievable comes to mind...this guy was amazing...and yet you kept battling on whether you liked him or not. Great book.
