Dragnet's ok in a rubbish kind of way. Try using the phrase "the virgin Connie Swail" tomorrow and see how many people get the reference.
Agree with Lobo on Get Smart. Naked Guns are good adaptations from "Police Squad!", but then it's just more of the same really. Such a revolting idea I refuse to even consider watching: Steve Martin's "Sgt. Bilko" |

I can't remember enough about the Brady Bunch movies to make a decision on those.

I liked the first Naked Gun film, but even then I realized the problem was that they were pretty much acknowledging that Frank Drebbin was an idiot. I thought the whole point was that everyone was taking him perfectly straight and WE realized he was an idiot!
Leslie Neilson worked better when he didn't seem to try and be funny. Once he started mugging, I lost interest.

Among the worst:
The Beverly Hillbillies Bewitched (pseudo-remake) Leave it to Beaver Lost in Space and, though not actually "TV": The Little Rascals Mid-range: The Green Hornet was entertaining, but I hated Seth Rogen's version of Britt Reid. Mister Magoo Dennis the Menace

They made a "Leave it to Beaver" movie?

"Get Smart" wasn't that bad, but I felt it didn't quite cut it because the original show WAS Don Adams. The character was based around his signature lines and comedic persona. To me the remake had the same result as you'd get if you took, say, "The Jack Benny Program" and remade it with someone else playing Benny.
