Hi Friends,
Anyone knows where I can purchase a Fake Look Alike Bunny? Please guide. P:S To be produced from a illusion box or tophat.

What does it have to look like? Do you have a picture of the Bunny you want it to look like?
If the bunny just has to look like a rabbit, then get the one from Abbott's Magic, it has 4 legs. The rest is up to the magician to operate it to seem like a real rabbit. I have seen and been fooled by magicians doing it correctly. |

That is a very nice looking rabbit puppet. I have 2 that look pretty real, but I do not remember where I got them. What's great about these puppets is that you can get your hand inside of them and manipulate them to look somewhat real.
They also make a spring rabbit similar to rocky the raccoon. I've used this also and fooled plenty of kids with that. Of course not everyone believes they are real. |

Personally, I think that less is more. If you really want them to think it's real, get a spring rabbit. With a puppet it's too tempting to overdo it and blow the illusion.
Just my opinion of course. |

Chris; when you say that is a nice rabbit, what rabbit are you referring to?

The angora rabbit on that site looks really great. The lobster is even cooler, though. I say get the lobster

If you ever decide to get a real rabbit get a smokey grey dwarf, the will grow to a decent size (even though they are dwarfs, they are very friendly and practically tamed, and if you decide to do a comedy routine you can buy a "thumper" from bambi replica and it adds a GREAT gag and tons of laughs to the show. just throwin that in there

Hi Magicdoc88,
I am using the fake bunny for a different Character which plays comedy magic - basically family entertainment. He is called Tricky the Freaky.

Just found one of the better or best spring rabbits for magic. It is made by Magic Masters, they make the excellent looking, original, and famous ROCKY!
This will be the best available. http://www.whenyouwishmagic.com/store/pr......s-trick/ |
