Oh, come on! Magic carpet can't be that good. Who else suspects a little special effects magic was added?
And what's Jake Gyllenhaal doing demonstrating the the 3rd Eye? I wish one of these 3rd Eye demonstrations would show what the spectator is actually seeing when they identify the correct card. |

Here are the prices that Seo Magic is charging for the individual tricks in the 2012 line. Except for Magic Flying Carpet and 3rd Eye, the prices are actually lower than I thought they would be.

Martinka also has the English versions of the tricks listed for very reasonable prices.

Hey Angelo,
I will be at the Lubor Fiedler conference next month. Look out for the guy in glasses, jeans and sandals! :-/ Anyway - shame you aren't giving a talk as well! All the best, Joe Mckay |

My guess is third eye works on kind of black light, or florescence on the selected card, and the flashing lights highlight it.
Then, either forcing a card or marking it after being selected. Anyway, that's just my guess. |

I think the florescence marking will be at the top of each card. And then - by inserting the selected card (reversed) into the packet - it will stand out later on since the other markings will be covered by the card stand...

I wonder if the flying carpet glasses are just normal 3d glasses if so you could show more people at the same time for a little extra investment?

I'm thinking along the lines of the one you get at the cinema, they sell them for 80p near me and are really strong.

Hitomi is now selling Tenyo 2012 on eBay (Magic Flying Carpet will start Nov1). However, she is also selling directly, with slightly cheaper prices:
"I am planning to put them at my eBay store Tower of Dice US$23 Third Eye US$31 Magic Pop Up US$23 Psychic Money US$23 Flying Carpet US$41 Total US$141 But without eBay Tower of Dice US$21.5 Third Eye US$29 Magic Pop Up US$21.5 Psychic Money US$21.5 Flying Carpet US$38 US$131.5 About Flying Carpet. this is a big box and heavy than others. It means shipping cost is pricy. Each shipping fee is Tower of Dice US$6 Third Eye US$6 Magic Pop Up US$6 Psychic Money US$6 Flying Carpet US$16 We welcome combined shipping for saving shipping cost. please inform me of your interested items. And if you prefer EMS shipping(fast, insurance, tracking number), also let me know in advance. I will inform you of the total price." Her email address: yutyarisu57@yahoo.co.jp |

I got the same email and ordered all 5 from Hitomi...can't wait! I also picked up Ghost Puzzle. It's a classic puzzle as most people know but I thought it'd be nice to have with the ghost presentation, etc.

Just got back from a week of traveling the country (Canada) and giving five large presentations.. so have been "outside the house". Unfortunately ran into some snow... could have used that toque Houdini.
I agree if it is included as an image on the packaging than obviously no issue, item is on its' way and looking forward to playing with it. I would assume the presentation would be more along the lines of giving "powers" to one person with the special eye, versus letting everyone try it. Would kind of kill any mystery factor otherwise it would seem. John |
