"Is there any point to which you would wish to draw my attention?"
"To the curious incident of the dog in the night-time."
"The dog did nothing in the night-time."
"That was the curious incident," remarked Sherlock Holmes.

Good thing this forum is free from confirmation bias.

Because?! I thought 'confirmation boss's essentially WAS the catchy name for people's disinclination to consider alternatives to their beliefs.

Guess they forgot to tell Bill Buckley.

OK, all you smarty-pants types: why is it that my character encoding on Firefox keeps changing to Thai. I just log into the Café. That's all. And the characters look funny, and I switch back to Western ISO-8859-1. Then I come back to read something and it's back to Thai.

Why is that? Why?

Who is messing around with my machine? Tom? John? critter or gdw or MagicSanta? And why? What's in it for you to play around with my machine so?

Stop. Please stop. Stop now.

I thank you.

Maybe it's a sign that you should learn to read Thai script. I have that "Teach Yourself Thai" book and it's real good. I recomment it as a possible remedy for your predicament. Chok Dee Krap.
