First, Fukushima, who a guy who knows something about physics says might be “The Granddaddy of all industrial accidents”:
http://edition.cnn.com/video/?/video/bes......hima.cnn Second, Fort Calhoun: http://www.uncoverage.net/2011/06/nuclea......concern/ The thing is, when I was getting my colonoscopy yesterday, the doctor surprised me by asking something like, "What's going on in the discussion about nuclear energy in the States these days?" (At first I had no idea what he was talking about, because he was talking really fast, and because I had a hose probing my colon, and because he used an German term for "nuclear energy" that was unfamiliar to me.) I had to admit that I hardly notice any real discussion going on. Maybe I shouldn't get my sense of what's going on in America from the Magic Café. (I didn't tell him about the Magic Café, of course. I didn't want him to start showing me a couple of "tricks" he could do.) So what kind of discussion *is* going on in North America these days? |

Man, I have them put me out for that procedure. I'm just not interested in having a friendly chat with the doc at that time!

Most of us American's are too busy playing our Video Games, Watching TV, Eating Fast Food, Minding Other People's Business etc.... We just don't have time to think or worry about our environment or the future. We live in the now.
The problem (if any) is for the future generation to worry about. It's like our 14+ TRILLION dollar National Debt. Who Cares? Iven

From your other post, I guess I should have asked about your health Stone, instead of making a joke. I guess I see the procedure as something like a yearly checkup. Unless of course you were being checked for a particular reason.
So anyway, I hope everything came out OK. |

Rockwall, considering the procedure, is that last line a like as well?

The official diagnosis was that I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome with a mild case of diverticulosis, the former of which is probably caused by political and religious discussions at the Magic Café. |
