Lybrary.com has the 1st edt printing so that version has c&b on pg. 99 same chapter as listed on the toc.

There are at least two Pat Page Cups and Balls routines. The one mentioned and his Trick-a-Tape "impromptu" version (both in audio with photo sheet and video formats). You'll be hard pressed to find his Trick-a-Tape versions. I believe you are looking for his Trick-a-Tape version.
