I think the point is that a separation on red/blcks is not a game or a gambling scene more how good you are at shuffling, I understand that everybody agreed that in a gambling demonstration the riffle could look better. Maybe the point here is how to sell/convert a red/black separation in a gambling demonstration.

You could, but I will understand better a gambling demonstration as showing a poker or a flush or full house and maintaining cards in a given order after shuffling like a flourish, but it will be up to you.

Darwin Ortiz has made a name for himself as a gambling expert, and one of his routines involves shuffling cards together and showing that they're still separated by red and black. If you're going to do an entire show on the general topic, there's room for both that AND a standard poker demonstration.

Surely the same applies here, and not just for gambling purposes. Two Shuffles Harry by Bro Hamman is a fine example...and I think I should end it there, don't you?
So much to do. So little time.

No, not really. Not the same thing. Used within the framework of a routine is a bit different than just practicing the Zarrow keeping the reds and blacks separated. For practice purposes, as I've mentioned, so forgive the repetition, using say a deck in new deck order would make much more sense. So, perhaps it can end here, no? Incidentally, I used to demo/teach Hamman's 2-Shuffles Harry (because I ran it in the first year of Apocalypse) and I used a different (Marlo idea) table riffle shuffle and my own Super Riffle Diffle.

You might also want to check out my A Unique Red-Black Shuffle. Interesting - I fooled a few knowledgeable cardmen with that, and I am NOT a good "riffle shuffle person," can't do riffle stacks, etc. Anyway, it is also in TCC, vol. 2. HL.
