Im kind of confused on who to buy..Othere dvd's with Rudy are good but a little boring for me, Paul I have met a few times he is great but which will be less boring? I can not stam when an artist does a dvd & they are all stiff & have no clue what to say.

Why not just get the book? It costs less and it contains everything you need to master the material.

I used the one with Rudy Hunter and I found it helpful.
I used the book as well as a tool with the DVDs. Keith |

I just checked on the set that I sell. It doesn't say who is doing it. It's a 4-DVD set that sells for $34.95 plus shipping. I'll email my wholesaler to find out who is on it.

Get the Paul Wilson one!!!!! I too didn't know which one to get. I already owned RRTCM but wanted to see what a pro would do. Paul Wilson is good with cards and explains everything very well. I haven't heard anything too great about the other one.

I am also a lefty. It's a pain in the a** to have to re-think everything you read and see.

Ours appears to be the Rudy Hunter version. Paul Wilson's is a 5 DVD set.

The Paul Wilson set is really excellent. He clearly has great respect for the book and goes into great detail on each move. Also there are some really great tricks, some of which are improved handlings of those in the book (cards across) and others that aren't in the book at all (pass at red).
Very much recommended. Although it is even better if you have the book as well. |

Just buy the book.
If you really want a DVD to go with it, go for Pauls |

My understanding is that Paul's was intended as a companion to the book rather than a stand alone dvd.

I'm studying the RRTCM book at the moment and I'm finding it an excellent starting point. It gives you far much more information than you can get from a DVD. I'm at the point that I've learnt to do a load of sleights, etc and now I feel that it would be useful to get DVDs to watch how others deliver them. For about a tenner, surely you can't afford not to have the book. DVDs will then compliment it. Good luck with everything. Tim

I find the dvd an excellent aide. I agree get the book and this is the main source, but the dvd is clearer sometimes than the diagrams/descriptions, so you know you are doing it right!

The book has a lot more information but there were occasions when the DVD clarified things for me. I recommend the Paul Wilson DVD.
