We are all saddened by the death of Bill Andrews on Sunday, July 17. A past president of the S.A.M., Bill was a founder of the SYM and the driving force behind the assembly that bears his name: Y042 in Stamford.
Bill mentored young magicians who went on to international fame and those who stayed close to home: each was important to him. You can read his obituary here: http://www.thedailystamford.com/news/william-andrews-stamford-magician. Marlene Clark S.A.M. National Secretary |

Hi Marlene,
Thank you for posting this. I think about him often and and constantly read the obituary. I miss him so much as do many others but he will always be with us inside. -Ben |

I miss him, too, Ben, & he'll always be in my heart, too.
He always made me feel special, which made me want do do better. He was a big influence on many people, even those of us who didn't see him often. Take care - I hope to see you soon. Marlene Clark S.A.M. National Secretary S.Y.M. Achievement in Program Coordinator |
