I'm not sure what Sankey effect you are referring to; this does not look like Dough. With the borrowed bill, and the sideways ripping, this is certainly a different method than the invisible hole method.

The gimmick allows you to use a borrowed bill, but otherwise it doesn't look (to a spectator) much different than invisible hole. Dough can use a borrowed bill, but this new method won't leave the tell tale signs that Dough tends to.

It seems like some nice thinking, but I don't care for all the going to the pockets. I'm not sure what a spectator would think.
