I bought Nathan's package when he lectured a couple of weeks ago at IBM Ring 212. The package included the Roayl Magic Expanded Half Shell. When you buy the DVD from any dealer (including Kranzo himself, you do not get the shell. It is a VERY nice looking shell.

Yeah, I bought that DVD (did not get the shell, but I also did not need it) and I did not really get much from it. I did like the bit toward the end of the DVD, which I think was called Heads or Tails where you flip a coin and ask them to call it in the air, and at the end the stuffed animal tail appears instead for 'tails' side up.
